Upload or take a photo of the forklift plate, type or dictate its details, or choose a saved or recent machine. You can also start with a part number you already have. Review the machine details, then search the catalogue by a part name or describe what you need in your own words.
What can I compare?
Compare price, quality, supplier, availability and delivery time. Original, OEM and aftermarket offers stay clearly labelled, including offers of the same quality from different suppliers. What is shown depends on the offers available for that part. You choose which to order.
Can my team work in the same workshop account?
Yes. A workshop owner can invite team members and manage their permissions. Mechanics can prepare parts and orders, with approval handled according to the workshop’s settings.
Are our customers and jobs private?
Your workshop’s customers, machines, jobs, orders and prices are private to your workshop. Other workshops cannot see those records. You can read more in our privacy notice.
Does Partanor work on a phone?
Yes. You can use Partanor in your phone’s browser, including taking a nameplate photo and returning to the machines and jobs saved in your workshop account.
